摘要
放射性标记多肽具有作为PET探针的巨大潜力,且对于诊断及治疗肿瘤、评估疗效、预测预后及研发新药等具有重要意义。^(18)F常用于合成PET探针。本文就^(18)F标记肽类用于PET肿瘤成像的研究进展进行综述。
Radiolabeled peptides have good potential as PET probes,being of great significances for diagnosis and treatment of tumors,evaluating therapeutic efficacy and prognosis,also for developing new drugs.^(18)F is often used to synthesize PET probes.The research progresses of ^(18)F-labeled peptide molecular probes for PET tumor imaging were reviewed in this article.
