贵阳地区8个葡萄品种果实品质的综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Fruit Quality of Eight Grape Varieties in Guiyang Area

以贵阳市农业试验中心精品葡萄园的8个品种为试材,对果穗性状、果实内在品质等指标进行测定,并采用相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析的方法进行评价。结果表明,穗长以及Vc、多酚、类黄酮、可溶性蛋白、花色苷含量相互之间呈极显著正相关,穗质量和株产呈极显著正相关,可溶性固形物和还原性糖呈极显著正相关,穗粒数和穗宽呈显著正相关,该相关性分析结果与R-聚类分析结果恰好吻合;8个葡萄品种果实性状因子的主成分分析提取穗长、糖分、部分次生代谢产物及硬度,可较好地反映葡萄品种的基础信息,Q-聚类分析结果与主成分分析的综合得分基本吻合。基于以上结果,初步筛选出了适合贵阳地区的优质葡萄品种为‘早夏黑’,其具有产量较高、口味甜酸、抗逆性好的特点;其次为‘夏黑’和‘甬优1号’品种。

Eight grape varieties from the fine vineyards of Guiyang Agricultural Test Center were used as test materials,the indices of cluster character and intrinsic quality of fruit were measured and evaluated by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that cluster length,the content of Vc,polyphenols,flavonoids,and soluble protein had extremely significant positive correlation with each other,and cluster weight and plant yield had extremely significant positive correlation,the relationship between soluble solids and reducing sugar was extremely significant positive correlation,berries and width of cluster were significantly positive correlation,the correlation analysis results were consistent with the R-cluster analysis results.Based on the principal component analysis of eight grape varieties,the characters were divided into cluster length factor,sugar factor,part of secondary metabolite factor and hardness factor,which could better reflect the basic information of grape varieties.The results of Q-cluster analysis were basically consistent with the comprehensive score of principal component analysis.Based on the above results,the quality grape variety'Zaoxiahei'which is suitable for Guiyang region was selected initially,it has the characteristics of high yield,sweet and sour taste and good stress resistance;followed by'Summer Black'and'Yongyou No.1'varieties.
