直接穿龈不翻瓣牙种植术联合窄直径种植体修复牙缺失的效果观察

Restorative effect of flapless implant insertion combined with narrow diameter implant on tooth loss

目的分析直接穿龈不翻瓣牙种植术联合窄直径种植体对牙缺失患者的修复效果。方法抽取2020年2月至2022年2月临沂市中医医院收治的牙缺失患者84例,依据修复方案将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组给予传统种植修复,观察组给予直接穿龈不翻瓣牙种植术联合窄直径种植体修复。术后1、3、6个月,比较两组美学效果(红色美学评分)、牙冠修复情况(白色美学评分)及主观满意度。结果术后1、3、6个月,观察组红色美学评估标准评分为(7.59±0.83)、(9.20±1.09)、(11.36±1.25),高于对照组的(6.02±0.61)、(7.81±0.82)、(8.97±1.03);白色美学评估标准评分为(5.36±0.48)、(7.53±0.62)、(8.16±0.50)分,高于对照组的(4.20±0.31)、(6.23±0.57)、(7.05±0.41)分,P<0.05。观察组主观满意度(95.24%,40/42)高于对照组(80.95%,34/42),P<0.05。结论在牙缺失患者中行直接穿龈不翻瓣牙种植术联合窄直径种植体修复,可获得理想的美学效果与牙冠修复效果,能有效提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the restorative effect of flapless implant insertion combined with narrow diameter implant on patients with tooth loss.Methods A total of 84 patients with tooth loss admitted to Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the restoration plan,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional implant restoration,and the observation group was treated by flapless implant insertion combined with narrow diameter implant.The aesthetic effect assessed by pink aesthetic,crown restoration assessed by white aesthetic,and subjective satisfaction were compared between the two groups 1,3,and 6 months after surgery.Results The pink aethetic score of the observation group 1,3 and 6 months after operation were(7.59±0.83),(9.20±1.09),(11.36±1.25),which were higher than the(6.02±0.61),(7.81±0.82),(8.97±1.03)of the contral group,moreover,the white aesthetic score of the observation group 1,3 and 6 months after operation were(5.36±0.48),(7.53±0.62),(8.16±0.50),which were higher than the(4.20±0.31),(6.23±0.57)and(7.05±0.41)of the control group(P<0.05).The subjective satisfaction in the observation group(95.24%,40/42)was higher than that of the control group(80.95%,34/42),P<0.05.Conclusions In patients with tooth loss,flapless implant insertion combined with narrow diameter implant can obtain ideal aesthetic effects and crown restoration effects,and it can effectively improve patient satisfaction.
