抗阻训练联合心脏康复训练对冠心病患者心肺功能的影响

Effect of resistance training combined with cardiac rehabilitation training on cardiopulmonary function in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的探讨抗阻训练联合心脏康复训练对冠心病患者心肺功能的影响。方法抽取2020年1月至2022年1月河南省人民医院收治的87例冠心病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组42例和研究组45例。对照组给予心脏康复训练,研究组给予抗阻训练联合心脏康复训练。比较两组患者的心功能[血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC),FEV1/FVC]、运动耐力[无氧阈(AT)、运动持续时间(ED)、峰值摄氧量(VO2peak)]、内皮功能[内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)]。结果治疗后,两组患者LVEF、FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、AT、ED、VO2peak、NO水平均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P均<0.05);BNP、LVESD、ET-1水平均较治疗前下降,且研究组低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论抗阻训练联合心脏康复训练可改善冠心病患者的心肺功能,提升其运动耐力。 Objective To investigate the effect of resistance training combined with cardiac rehabilitation training on the cardiopulmonary function in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 87 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(42 cases)and study group(45 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received cardiac rehabilitation training,and the study group received resistance training and cardiac rehabilitation training.The cardiac function assessed by brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),pulmonary function assessed by forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC,exercise tolerance assessed by aerobic threshold(AT),exercise duration(ED),peak oxygenintake(VO2peak),endothelial function assessed by endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)of the two groups were tested and compared.Results After treatment,the levels of LVEF,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,AT,ED,VO2peak,NO in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the levels of BNP,LVESD,ET-1 in both groups decreased,compared with those before treatment,and the levels of these indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Resistance training combined with cardiac rehabilitation training can improve cardiorespiratory function and enhance exercise endurance of coronary heart disease patients.
