乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝维参泡腾片治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道炎的临床研究 被引量:6

Effect of Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole effervescent tablets on bacterial vaginitis during pregnancy

摘要 目的分析乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝维参泡腾片治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法抽取2020年6月至2022年6月郑州市妇幼保健院收治的妊娠期细菌性阴道炎患者86例,按照治疗方案将其分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组给予甲硝维参泡腾片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊。比较两组临床治疗效果、pH值水平、阴道乳酸菌密集度、炎症因子水平[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]、不良妊娠结局发生率。结果观察组总有效率(95.35%,41/43)高于对照组(79.07%,34/43),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组pH值、hs-CRP、IL-5、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组阴道乳酸菌密集度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率(6.98%,3/43)低于对照组(23.26%,10/43),P<0.05。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝维参泡腾片治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道炎效果显著,可改善阴道pH值水平、阴道乳酸菌密集度和机体炎症状态,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole effervescent tablets on bacterial vaginitis during pregnancy.Methods A total of 86 patients with bacterial vaginitis during pregnancy who were admitted to Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole effervescent tablets,and the observation group was treated with Lactobacillus vaginal capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical treatment effects,pH levels,vaginal Lactobacillus density,the levels of inflammatory factors including hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-5(IL-5)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.35%,41/43)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%,34/43),P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of pH,hs-CRP,IL-5,and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the density of vaginal Lactobacillus in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group(6.98%,3/43)was lower than that in the control group(23.26%,10/43),P<0.05.Conclusions Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole effervescent tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis during pregnancy,which can improve the level of vaginal pH,vaginal Lactobacillus density and body inflammatory state,and can reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
