摘要
采用原位生长法将铁基金属-有机骨架材料[MIL-100(Fe)]负载在腈纶上,制得腈纶基MIL-100(Fe)复合材料。优化了复合材料的制备工艺:均苯三甲酸和硫酸亚铁的物质的量比为1∶2.0、室温下反应20 h。复合材料对不同染料的脱色率从高到低依次是活性黑KN-B、罗丹明B、活性艳红M-3BE、活性艳蓝KN-R,重复使用5次后对活性黑KN-B的脱色率仍能达到86%。
Acrylic-based MIL-100(Fe)composites are prepared by loading the iron-based metal-organic frame⁃work material[MIL-100(Fe)]on acrylic fiber with in-situ growth method.The optimum preparation process of the composite is as follows:the molar ratio of benzenetricarboxylic acid to ferrous sulfate is 1∶2,and the reac⁃tion is conducted for 20 h at room temperature.The decolorization rate of the composite for different dyes from high to low is Reactive Black KN-B,Rhodamine B,Reactive Brilliant Red M-3BE and Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R.The decolorization rate of Reactive Black KN-B can still reach 86%after repeated use for 5 cycles.
