迭代涤纶的染色工艺

Disperse dyeing of iterated polyester

使用龙盛分散红S-5BL、分散橙S-4RL、分散深蓝HGL和分散黑ECT染料对迭代涤纶织物进行染色,研究染色温度、染液pH、保温时间以及浴比对得色量的影响,并分析了其上染曲线。优化的迭代涤纶染色工艺为:染液pH 4~5,分级升温至染色温度100℃后保温30 min,降温至65℃后使用3 g/L保险粉和0.5 g/L纯碱还原清洗15 min,染色织物的耐摩擦、耐汗渍、耐皂洗和耐水洗色牢度均在4级以上。

The dyeing of iterative polyester fabric is carried out with Disperse Red S-5BL,Disperse Orange S-4RL,Disperse Deep Blue HGL and Disperse Black ECT dyes.The effects of dyeing temperature,pH of dye so⁃lution,holding time and bath ratio on color yield are studied,and the dyeing curve is analyzed.The optimized dyeing process is as follows:the pH of the dye solution is 4-5,the temperature is increased to 100℃in stages and maintains for 30 min.After the temperature is reduced to 65℃,3 g/L of sodium hydroxide and 0.5 g/L of so⁃dium carbonate are added for 15 min reduction clearing.The color fastnesses to rubbing,perspiration,soap washing and water washing of the dyed fabrics are all above Grade 4.
