摘要
将第一代树枝状酰胺PAMAM与端环氧硅油DHY-545反应,合成酰胺嵌段改性蓬松型硅油5518浓,优化了合成工艺条件,并测定了硅油乳液整理织物的性能。结果表明:当双端环氧硅油的数均分子质量为8000,n(DHY-545)∶n(PAMAM)=4∶1.5,80℃保温反应5 h,异丙醇质量为反应物总质量的30%时,环氧基的转化率为92.86%;合成产物乳液稳定,平均粒径为43.86 nm;经自制酰胺嵌段改性硅油整理后的织物蓬松性能优异,且低黄变。
The first generation of dendritic PAMAM is reacted with terminal epoxy silicone oil DHY-545 to synthesize amide blocked silicone oil 5518con.The synthetic conditions are optimized and the properties of finished fabric by silicone oil emulsion are measured.The results show that the conversion rate of epoxy group is 92.86%when the number average molecular weight of double-terminal epoxy silicone oil is 8000,n(DHY-545∶PAMAM)=4∶1.5,the reaction time is 5 h at 80℃,and the amount of isopropanol is 30%of the total mass.The emulsion of the synthesized product is stable with an average particle size of 43.86 nm.The fabric finished with amide block modified silicone oil has excellent bulkiness and low yellowness.
