5E康复护理模式在骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者中的应用研究

Application of 5E rehabilitation nursing mode in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture

目的探讨5E康复护理模式在骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者中的应用价值。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月64例接受湿针联合督脉灸治疗的骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,观察组实施5E康复护理模式,对照组接受常规护理。比较2组疼痛程度和生活质量。结果观察组疼痛程度明显低于对照组,生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论5E康复护理可增强骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者的康复信心,减轻疼痛症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing mode on patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,64 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group.The observation group received 5E rehabilitation nursing mode,while the control group received routine treatment,nursing and follow-up.The degree of pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The pain degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of 5E rehabilitation nursing can enhance the rehabilitation confidence of patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,reduce the pain symptoms and improve the quality of life.
