区块链具有去中心化、信息不可篡改、数据可追溯等优势,正逐步成为新一轮产业变革的核心驱动力之一。在医疗收入管理中,区块链技术下的智能合约、分布式记账、时间戳和加密机制等技术,能够解决医疗收入管理面临的现实困境,缩短记账周期,助力数据要素价值实现,提升财务监督效能。对此,基于区块链技术,构建由数据层、运行层、合约层和应用层组成的医疗收入管理平台,并通过对医疗费用结算流程、医疗收入核算流程、应收医疗款管理流程和收入报告流程的应用场景分析,得出区块链技术对构建管理智能化、决策数据化、监督精准化的医疗收入管理体系具有重要意义。

Blockchain has advantages of decentralization,information tamper-proofing,data traceability and so on,and has gradually becomeone of the core driving forces for a new round of industrial transformation.In medical revenue management,technologies such as smart contracts,distributed ledger,timestamp and encryption mechanism under blockchain technology can solve the practical difficulties in medical revenue management,shorten the accounting cycle,help realize the value of data elements and improve the efficiency of financial supervision.Therefore,based on blockchain technology,a medical revenue management platform composed of data layer,operation layer,contract layer and application layer was constructed.Through the application scenario analysis of medical expense settlement process,medical revenue accounting process,receivable medical payment management process and income reporting process,it was found that blockchain technology was important for building a medical revenue management system with intelligent management,data-based decision-making and precise supervision.
