悬吊运动训练的Neurac技术对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢肌力、平衡能力及步行功能的影响 被引量:13

Effect of Neurac technique based on suspension exercise training on lower limb muscle strength,balance ability,and walking function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke

摘要 目的 探讨悬吊运动训练的神经肌肉激活(Neurac)技术对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢肌力、平衡能力及步行功能的影响。方法 选择2020年9月至2022年4月陕西省康复医院收治的128例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各64例。对照组患者使用常规康复训练,观察组患者使用悬吊运动训练下的Neurac技术训练,两组患者均持续治疗8周。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗8周后的下肢肌力Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Lindmark平衡反应评分、10 m最大步行速度(MWS)、步长和脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评分的变化。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的下肢肌力优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的BBS评分、Lindmark平衡反应评分分别为(41.43±4.27)分、(10.01±1.32)分,明显高于对照组的(35.80±3.61)分、(8.35±1.46)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的10 m MWS为(0.74±0.18) m/min,明显快于对照组的(0.60±0.14) m/min,步长为(41.54±4.27) m,明显长于对照组的(37.81±3.60) m,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的SS-QOL评分为(165.92±13.83)分,明显高于对照组的(140.29±11.71)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于悬吊运动训练的Neurac技术有助于改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢肌力、平衡能力及步行功能,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To investigate the effects of neuromuscular activation(Neurac)technique based on sus-pension exercise training on lower limb muscle strength,balance ability,and walking function in patients with hemiple-gia after stroke.Methods A total of 128 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to Shaanxi Provincial Rehabili-tation Hospital from September 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 64 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while those in the observation group received Neurac technique based on suspension exercise training,both for 8 weeks.The changes of Berg balance scale(BBS),Lindmark balance response score,10 m maximum walking speed(MWS),step length,and stroke specialized quality of life scale(SS-QOL)before and 8 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treat-ment,the lower limb muscle strength in the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BBS score and Lindmark balance response score in the observation group were(41.43±4.27)points and(10.01±1.32)points,which were significantly higher than(35.80±3.61)points and(8.35±1.46)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 10 m MWS in the observation group was(0.74±0.18)m/min,which was significantly faster than(0.60±0.14)m/min in the control group,and the step length was(41.54±4.27)m,which was significantly longer than(37.81±3.60)m in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the SS-QOL score in the observation group was(165.92±13.83)points,which was significantly higher than(140.29±11.71)points in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neurac technique based on suspension exercise training can improve the lower limb muscle strength,balance ability and walking function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,which has high clinical promotion value.
