摘要
缺氧普遍存在于细胞和组织中,在许多代谢紊乱与器官衰竭的发生中扮演着重要角色,缺氧可诱导氧化应激的发生,而藏红花及其代谢产物已被证实有抗氧化、抗凋亡等活性。本文将从缺氧、氧化应激与藏红花及其代谢产物的治疗机制及效果方面进行综述。
Hypoxia is widespread in cells and tissues,and plays an important role in the occurrence of many metabolic disorders and organ failure,which can induce the occurrence of oxidative stress.Crocin and its metabolites have been proved to have antioxidant and anti-apoptotic activities.This article will discuss the therapeutic mechanisms and effects of hypoxia,oxidative stress,and crocin and its metabolites.
