营养素对局部晚期直肠癌同步放化疗患者营养功能及糖脂代谢指标水平的影响

Effect of Nutrients on Nutritional Function and Levels of Glucolipid Metabolic Indexes in Patients Undergoing Simultaneous Radiotherapy for Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer

摘要 目的分析局部晚期直肠癌同步放化疗患者采取营养素对其营养功能及糖脂代谢指标水平的影响。方法方便选取2016年1月—2020年12月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的局部晚期直肠癌同步放化疗总共350例患者进行研究,依据随机数表法分成观察组(治疗期间采取肠内营养粉剂提供营养支持)和对照组(治疗期间通过等体积白开水提供营养支持)分别包含175例,比较两组治疗前后营养指标水平及糖脂代谢指标水平。结果放化疗结束时,两组患者Alb、Hb、BMI水平均降低,观察组患者Alb(33.85±4.38)g/L、Hb(91.26±6.54)g/L、BMI(20.56±2.45)kg/m^(2)降低幅度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.114、8.728、3.380,P<0.05),且放化疗前后,两组患者FPG、TC及TG水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论局部晚期直肠癌同步放化疗患者采取营养素能抑制其营养功能降低,不会对机体的糖脂代谢产生影响,值得采用。 Objective To analyze the effects of nutrients taken by patients with locally advanced rectal cancer synchronous radiotherapy on their nutritional functions and levels of glucolipid metabolic indexes.Methods A total of 350 patients admitted to the Union Hospital of Fujian Medical University with synchronous radiotherapy for locally advanced rectal cancer from January 2016 to December 2020 were conveniently selected for the study.According to the random number table method,the observation group(nutritional support by enteral nutrition powder during treatment)and the control group(nutritional support by equal volume of plain water during treatment)contained 175 cases,respectively.The levels of nutritional indexes and glucolipid metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results At the end of radiotherapy,the levels of Alb,Hb and BMI decreased in both groups,but the decrease in Alb(33.85±4.38)g/L,Hb(91.26±6.54)g/L and BMI(20.56±2.45)kg/m^(2) were smaller in the observation group than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.114,8.728,3.380,P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in FPG,TC and TG levels between the two groups at the time before and after radiotherapy(P>0.05).Conclusion Nutrients taken by patients with synchronous radiotherapy for locally advanced rectal cancer can inhibit their reduced nutritional function.It does not affect the body's glucolipid metabolism and is worth adopting.
