地诺孕素治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Dienogest in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的地诺孕素治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果分析。方法随机选取2019年6月—2021年6月厦门大学附属第一医院思明院区收治的子宫内膜异位症患者60例,以随机数法分成两组,各30例,接受地屈孕酮治疗为对照组,接受地诺孕素治疗为研究组。比较两组患者在治疗前后非经期疼痛、经期疼痛、性交痛评分以及血清指标,统计在治疗过程中的药物不良反应,明确治疗效果。结果经治疗后血清指标高于治疗前,研究组高于对照组,而非经期疼痛、经期疼痛、性交痛评分则低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者在治疗过程中发生的药物不良反应发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜异位症的相关治疗中,实施地诺孕素治疗可明显减轻患者的非经期疼痛、经期疼痛、性交痛症状,提升患者血清激素水平指标,且在治疗过程中发生的药物不良反应发生更低,治疗效果更佳,效果理想。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of dienogest in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods Sixty patients with endometriosis admitted to Siming Campus of Xiamen University First Affiliated Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number method,with 30 patients in each group,the control group was treated with dydrogesterone scores,and the study group was treated with dienogest.The non-menstrual pain,menstrual pain,dyspareunia,and serum indicators were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Statistical adverse drug reactions during the course of treatment,clear treatment effect.Results After treatment,the serum indexes were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the scores of amenstrual pain,menstrual pain,and dyspareunia were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse drug reactions in the study group(6.67%)during treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion In the related treatment of endometriosis,the implementation of dienogest treatment can significantly reduce the symptoms of non-menstrual pain,menstrual pain,and dyspareunia in patients,and improve the serum hormone level indicators of patients.Moreover,the rate of adverse drug reactions occurring during the treatment is lower,and the treatment effect is better and the effect is ideal.
