三七粉联合康妇凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV持续阳性患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Panax Notoginseng Powder Combined with Kangfu Gel in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Cervicitis and Persistent HPV Positive

目的研究三七粉与康妇凝胶组合治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)持续阳性患者的临床效果。方法方便选取2020年6月—2022年6月福建中医药大学附属康复医院接收的慢性宫颈炎伴HPV持续阳性患者110例,依据入院时间将患者分为两组,对照组(n=50)治疗药物选择重组人干扰素α2b栓,观察组(n=60)以康妇凝胶与三七粉双药联合治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、HPV最终转阴率以及炎症指标。结果治疗后,观察组有效率为93.33%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.365,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组HPV转阴率达到86.67%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.581,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TNF-α、IL-6及IL-1β水平较对照组均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=13.741、6.699、4.307,P<0.05)。结论三七粉联合康妇凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV持续阳性患者的临床效果显著,有效提高患者的HPV转阴率与临床疗效,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the combination of Sanqi powder and Kangfu gel on chronic cervicitis patients with persistent positive human papilloma virus(HPV).Methods 110 patients with chronic cervicitis and persistent positive HPV admitted to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups based on admission time.The control group(n=50)chose recombinant human interferon as the treatment drug α2b suppository,the observation group(n=60)was treated with Kangfu gel and Sanqi powder.Compare the treatment efficacy,final negative rate of HPV,and inflammatory indicators between the two groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.365,P<0.05).After treatment,the HPV negative conversion rate in the observation group reached 86.67%,which was higher than 70.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.581,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.741,6.699,4.307,P<0.05).Conclusion Sanqi powder combined with Kangfu gel has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic cervicitis patients with persistent HPV positive.It can effectively improve the rate of HPV negative conversion and clinical curative effect,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
