急诊护理干预措施在急性肾衰竭患者血液透析中的应用价值研究

Application Value of Emergency Nursing Intervention in Hemodialysis of Patients with Acute Renal Failure

目的分析急性肾衰竭(acute renal failure,ARF)患者血液透析中实施急诊护理干预措施的效果。方法随机选取福建省龙岩市第二医院2019年12月—2021年12月收治的60例ARF患者为研究对象,均实施血液透析治疗,依照数字表法分为对照组30例(基础护理)、研究组30例(急诊护理干预)。对比两组肾功能指标、生活质量和不良反应发生率。结果护理后,研究组血尿酸、血尿素氮、血肌酐水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.202、2.069、4.130,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.387、2.266、3.322,P<0.05)。结论ARF患者进行血液透析时,采取急诊护理干预措施具有较佳效果。

Objective Analyze the effectiveness of implementing emergency nursing interventions in hemodialysis for patients with acute renal failure(ARF).Methods Sixty ARF patients admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan City,Fujian Province from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the study subjects,all of whom underwent hemodialysis treatment.They were divided into a control group of 30 cases(basic nursing)and a study group of 30 cases(emergency nursing intervention)according to the digital table method.Compared the renal function indicators,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of blood uric acid,blood urea nitrogen,and blood creatinine in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.202,2.069,4.130,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological function,physiological function,and physical pain scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.387,2.266,3.322,P<0.05).Conclusion When ARF patients undergo hemodialysis,emergency nursing interventions have a better effect.
