改良式口腔护理在口腔颌面外科术后的应用效果研究

Study on Application Effect of Modified Oral Nursing in Postoperative Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

目的探讨改良式口腔护理在口腔颌面外科术后的应用效果。方法便利选取2020年6月—2021年6月南方医科大学口腔医院的口腔颌面外科术后患者76例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组应用常规口腔护理,研究组应用改良式口腔护理,观察两组的口腔清洁度、并发症情况及满意度。结果研究组口腔清洁优良率为94.74%与对照组71.05%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.516,P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率7.89%较对照组34.21%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总满意率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔颌面外科术后患者应用改良式口腔护理效果更佳,可以有效提高口腔清洁度,降低并发症发生率,促进伤口愈合,提高满意度。

Objective Exploring the application effect of improved oral care after oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods 76 postoperative patients in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Stomatological Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 2020 to June 2021 were conveniently selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 patients in each group.The control group received routine oral care,while the study group received improved oral care.The oral cleanliness,complications,and satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The excellent and good rate of oral hygiene in the study group was 94.74%,and there was a statistically significant difference compared to the control group of 71.05%(χ^(2)=7.516,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 7.89%lower than that in the control group,which was 34.21%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of improved oral care in patients after oral and maxillofacial surgery has a better effect,which can effectively improve oral cleanliness,reduce the incidence of complications,promote wound healing,and improve satisfaction.
