Finding the Four Points of Entry and Innovate the Precise Help Mode of Medical Consortium

推进医联体建设,是深化医改的重要步骤和制度创新之一,是推进优质医疗资源下沉、提升基层服务能力、落实分级诊疗、满足群众就医需求、切实解决“看病难、看病贵”的重要举措。如何实施精准帮扶,提升基层医院服务能力,成了城市大医院的一道必答题。本文对青岛大学附属医院医疗集团自2004年以来逐步探索实践的精准帮扶进行介绍,从四个切入点创新医联体精准帮扶模式,逐步推进医联体建设的做法及效果,为新一轮医改提供参考。

Promoting the construction of medical association is one of the important steps and system innovations in deepening medical reform.It is also an important measure to promote the sinking of high-quality medical resources,improve the service capacity of the grassroots,implement hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,meet the needs of the masses for medical treatment,and effectively solve the problem of"difficult and expensive medical treatment".How to implement accurate assistance and improve the service capacity of primary hospitals has become a must answer for big urban hospitals.The author introduces the practice and effect of a medical group that has gradually explored and practiced accurate help since 2004,innovated the accurate help mode of medical consortium from four entry points,and gradually promoted the construction of medical consortium,providing reference for a new round of medical reform.
