摘要
目的探讨高盐饮食对大鼠血压及心室重塑的影响。方法19只SPF级8周龄雄性Wistar大鼠分成正常对照(CON)组(n=6)、盐敏感性高血压(SSH)组(n=5)和盐抵抗正常血压(SRN)组(n=8)。21周龄末测量大鼠左心室前后壁厚度、舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径、EF%值及FS%值,测全心重量、左室重量、体重及鼠尾动脉血压,取心肌做Masson染色。结果(1)与CON组相比,SSH组左心室前壁(P<0.01)及后壁(P<0.05)增厚;与SRN组相比,SSH组左心室前壁(P<0.05)及后壁(P<0.05)增厚。(2)与CON组及SRN组相比,SSH组大鼠鼠尾动脉收缩压明显升高(P<0.01)。(3)与CON组相比,SSH组左心室重量指数增加(P<0.05),SRN组左心室重量指数无明显改变(P>0.05);而与SRN组相比,SSH组大鼠左心室重量指数增加(P<0.05)。(4)Masson染色显示SSH组心肌纤维化增多。结论高盐饮食可引起大鼠血压升高及心室重塑。
Objective To explore the effects of high-salt diet on blood pressure and ventricular remodeling in rats.Methods Nineteen SPF male Wistar rats aged 8 weeks were divided into normal control(CON)group(n=6),salt-sensitive hypertension(SSH)group(n=5),and salt-resistant normal blood pressure(SRN)group(n=8).At the end o£21 weeks,left ventricular anterior and posterior wall thickness,end-diastolic diameter,end-systolic diameter,EF%value and FS%value of the Tat's left ventricle were measured at the end o£the age.The total heart weight,left ventricular weight,body weight and blood pressure o£rat tail artery were measured,and the myocardium was taken for Masson staining.Results(1)Compared with the CON group,the anterior wall(P<0.01)and posterior wall(P<0.05)of the left ventricle in the SSH group were thickened;compared with the SRN group,the anterior wall(P<0.05)and posterior wall of the left ventricle in the SSH group(P<0.05)Thickening.⑵Compared with the CON group and the SRN group,the systolic blood pressure of the tail artery in the SSH group was significandy increased(P<0.01).(3)Compared with the CON group,Increased left ventricular mass index in the SSH group(P<0.05),Compared with the CON group,there was no significant change in left ventricular mass index in SRN group(Q0.05);Compared with SRN group,the left ventricular mass exponent of SSH group raised(P<0.05).(4)Masson staining showed that myocardial fibrosis was aggravated in SSH group.Conclusion High-salt diet can increase blood pressure and ventricular remodeling in rats.
