基于IAHP-FCE的施工方BIM技术应用效益评价

Application Benefit Evaluation of BIM Technology of Construction Enterprises Based on IAHP-FCE

建筑施工信息化是传统施工企业转型发展的主要方向,为了评价BIM技术给施工企业带来的效益,本研究采用改进的层次分析法(IAHP)对筛选的4个维度的8个效益指标的权重进行了确定,并采用模糊综合评价法(FCE)对某项目进行评价,得出相应结论,为今后施工企业BIM技术应用与推广提供了一定参考。

Construction informatization is the main direction of the transformation and development of traditional construction enterprises.In order to evaluate the benefits brought by BIM technology to construction enterprises,this study uses the improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)to determine the weights of cight benefit indicators in four dimensions,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)to evaluate a project,and draws corresponding conclusions,which provides some reference for the application and promotion of BIM technology in construction enterprises in the future.
