Dialectical Treatment of Capital and the Growth of Chinese Modernization

资本全球化构成了中国式现代化道路生发的一大时代语境,也决定了如何应对资本是中国式现代化绕不过的课题。马克思的资本现代性批判理论为解答这一课题提供了理论原则和方法论指南。百年来,党始终辩证对待资本:新民主主义革命时期提出要“节制”资本,改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期则主动、充分吸收资本的有利因素,新时代强调规范和引导资本健康发展。辩证对待资本的百年历程与中国式现代化生发相统一,前者是后者的有机组成部分,后者是前者的存在与实践场域。

The capital globalization has constituted the major context in which Chinese modernization develops,which makes the treatment of capital one of the key issues that lie in the path.Marx's critical theory of capital modernity provides theoretical principles and methodological guidance for this issue.For a hundred years,Communist Party of China has persisted in the dialectical treatment of capital all the time:during the period of the New Democratic Revolution restraining capital;the new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction absorbing the favorable factors of capitalism actively and fully;at present regulating and guiding the healthy development of capital.In conclusion,the dialectical treatment of capital over the past century is in unity with the growth of the Chinese modernization.The former is an organic component of the latter,while the latter provides the field of existence and practice for the former.
