涡旋泵关键部件受力与变形分析

摘要 采用CFD方法,建立了涡旋泵内部流动分析模型,得到不同转角下涡旋盘表面的压力载荷分布规律。将流场边界压力载荷施加到涡旋齿表面,得到不同转角下涡旋齿的受力和变形情况。研究表明:最大变形发生在动静涡旋盘啮和处的涡旋齿内侧,液体压力差是导致其变形主要因素。涡旋齿内外侧变形规律基本相同,齿高增加,变形量增加。转速增加,涡旋齿所受的最大应力和最大变形量均明显增大。 The three-dimensional fluid domain model of the scroll pump was established,the unsteady flow inside the scroll pump was simulated by CFD technology,and the pressure loads on the surface of the scroll plate under different rotation angles were obtained.The boundary pressure of the flow field is applied to the surface of the scroll tooth,and the force and deformation of the scroll tooth under different rotation angles are obtained.The maximum deformation occurs in the scroll teeth near the rotor and stator plates.The pressure difference is the main factor leading to this deformation.The deformation rules of the inner and outer sides of the scroll teeth are similar,and the amount of deformation increases with the increase of tooth height.With the increase in rotating speeds,the maximum stress and the maximum deformation of the scroll teeth are increased.
