摘要
精密气体比例阀应用于各种重要气动控制领域。提出了一种动极靴方式的比例电磁铁结构,并介绍了比例电磁铁的设计开发过程。利用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench平台对极靴的各项参数进行优化设计分析,得到了各项参数的最有值。开发设计了适应结构需求的柔性弹簧,实物刚度的测试结果验证了设计的有效性。由此组成了一款微型比例电磁铁样机,试验表明该样机满足电磁铁比例性能的要求。该形式的微型气体比例电磁铁,具有结构紧凑、性能可靠的特点,可以应用到各种气体比例控制场合。
Gas proportional valve is used in various important precision control fields.In this paper,a moving pole shoe type proportional electromagnet structure is proposed,and the design process of proportional electromagnet is introduced.Its parameters are optimized and analyzed by using the finite element analysis software of Ansys Workbench platform.A flexible spring is developed and designed to meet the needs of the structure and the stiffness test of the object verifies the effectiveness of the design.A micro proportional electromagnet prototype is formed,which meets the requirements of proportional performance of electromagnetic force.This type of micro proportional electromagnet has the characteristics of compact structure and reliable performance,and can be used in gas proportional control occasions.
