TA1纯钛冷轧变形机理

Cold rolling deformation mechanism of TA1 pure titanium

摘要 对TA1纯钛进行了不同变形量的冷轧加工,使用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪以及维氏硬度测试研究了TA1纯钛冷轧变形机理。结果表明,TA1纯钛在轧制过程中存在织构变化,轧制使<0001>//TD的择优取向强度先增加后减小,并且基面上的双峰织构分布强度变弱。轧制会使α晶粒内产生孪晶,并以压缩孪晶为主。随着轧制变形量的增加,轧制产生的塑性变形由孪生转变为滑移,且位错密度逐渐增加,加工硬化效果更加显著,硬度不断增加。 The cold rolling processing with different deformation amounts was carried,and the cold rolling deformation mechanism of TA1 pure titanium was studied by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and Vickers hardness test.The results show that there are texture changes in TA1 pure titanium during rolling.Rolling can make the preferred orienta-tion intensity of<0001>//TD increase first and then decrease,and the bimodal texture distribution intensity on the basal plane becomes weaker.Rolling can produce twins inαgrains,which is mainly compressive twins.With the increase of rolling deformation amount,the plastic deformation produced by rolling changes from twinning to slip,and the dislocation density increases gradually,the work hardening effect is more significant,and the hardness increases continuously.
