摘要
黄芪多糖具有提高免疫力、抑菌、抗衰老、抗病毒等多种生理功能,应用前景广阔。查阅相关文献,总结了黄芪多糖传统及现代的提取方法,分析了各种提取方法的优缺点以及研究应用情况,并对黄芪多糖在保健饮料、保健酸奶、保健茶、保健酒等饮品中的应用进行了综述,旨在为黄芪多糖的大规模工业化生产提供指导,为黄芪多糖及其相关产品在保健饮品中的开发与应用提供借鉴。
Astragalus polysaccharide has many physiological functions,such as improving immunity,bacteriostasis,anti-aging and anti-virus,which has broad application prospects.The traditional and modem extraction methods of astragalus polysaccharide were summarized by consulting relevant literature.The advantages and disadvantages of each extraction method and the research and application of astragalus polysaccharide were analyzed.The application of astragalus polysaccharide in health drink,health yogurt,health tea,health wine and other drinks was reviewed.The aim was to provide guidance for the large-scale industrial production of astragalus polysaccharide and provide reference for the development and application of astragalus polysaccharide and related products in health beverage.
