地方本科高校向应用技术型高校转型的理论逻辑、现实困境和纾解对策

摘要 地方本科院校向应用技术型高校转型是我国高等教育结构战略性调整的重大举措。从理论上讲,受我国经济结构转变、政府政策的鼓励与引导、本科院校内涵式发展等因素的影响,使得地方本科院校转型为应用技术型高校有着必然的理论逻辑,但其在转型过程中也面临着思想观念、师资队伍建设、课程设置、评价体系等诸多困境。通过借鉴德国应用技术型大学人才培养模式的典型经验,分析其对地方高校转型发展的启示,旨在对完善地方本科院校的转型发展提供参考。 The transformation of local undergraduate universities to applied technology universities is a significant measure for the strategic adjustment of China's higher education structure.Theoretically,due to factors such as the transformation of China9s economic structure,the encouragement and guidance of government policies,and the implicit development of undergraduate universities,there is an inevitable theoretical logic for local undergraduate universities to transform to applied technology universities.However,in the process of transformation,it also faces many dilemmas such as ideological concepts,teacher team construction,curriculum settings,and evaluation systems.By drawing on the typical experience of the talent cultivation model of applied technology universities in Germany,we have analyzed the enlightenment for the transformation and development of local universities,which aims to provide reference for improving the transformation and development of local undergraduate universities.
