黄炎培“劳工神圣”职教理念的当代价值与启示

Contemporary Value and Enlightenment of Huang Yanpei's Vocational Education Concept of Sacred Labor

受传统“官本位”思想、高考筛选体系、劳动者地位和待遇边缘化等诸多因素的影响,造成社会对职业教育的偏见。通过借鉴黄炎培“劳工神圣”的教育理念,从社会制度层面上彰显“劳工神圣”、职业院校教改层面上落实“劳工神圣”、产教深度融合提升职业院校社会效益等不同角度共同发力,扭转不良风气,助力职业教育渡过瓶颈期。

Influenced by many factors such as the traditional bureaucracy thought,the screening system of college entrance examination,the marginalization of workers'status and treatment,the society has a prejudice against vocational education.By drawing on Huang Yanpei's educational concept of sacred labor,we can highlight sacred labor from the level of social system,implement sacred labor from the level of educational reform in vocational colleges,and deeply integrate production and education to improve the social benefits of vocational colleges,which reverses the bad atmosphere and helps vocational education get through the bottleneck period.
