电针百会及神庭穴改善学习记忆机制的研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanisms of Electroacupuncture on Bai-hui and Shen-ting to Improve Learning and Memory Ability

学习记忆障碍是最常见的认知障碍,各年龄段均可发生,老年患者发病率更高,电针百会、神庭穴被广泛应用于各种病因导致的学习记忆能力下降,效果显著且安全,患者依从性良好。本文对百会、神庭穴行电针干预改善学习记忆的机制进行综述,以发现可能存在的问题并提出相应的解决方法,从而推进针灸临床与理论研究的进一步发展。

Learning and memory disorder is the most common cognitive disorder.The incidence rate of it in elderly patients is higher than it in other age population.Electroacupuncture Bai-hui and Shen-ting point is widely employed in order to increase the learning and memory ability which declined by various causes.It has significant effects,high safety and good patient compliance.This paper reviews research progress on mechanisms of Bai-hui and Shen-ting electroacupuncture intervention on improving learning and memory ability.So as to summarize the possible problems in the current research and put forward the corresponding solutions,and promote the further development of clinical and theoretical research on acupuncture and moxibustion.
