隔爆箱水压试验机的液压系统设计

摘要 设计了矿用隔爆箱水压试验机的液压系统,使用AMESim软件对液压系统进行仿真分析,得到压紧端盖的位移、速度和加速度曲线以及压紧油缸的上、下腔压力曲线,跟踪并记录了某矿用变频器隔爆外壳的水压试验过程。 The hydraulic system designed for hydrostatic testing machine of flameproof enclosure is introduced.The AMESim software is used for hydraulic system simulation.The data of displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of the compression end cap and the pressure curves of the upper and lower cavities of the compression oil cylinder were collected.The test process for a frequency converter flameproof enclosure was recorded.All these verifies the hydraulic system design.
