工程塑料加工粉末爆炸特性及风险分析

摘要 为研究塑料加工不同工艺段粉末的爆炸特性,选取甲、乙两车间中的生产原料、添加辅料及添加辅料后的混合料等7种不同粉末进行爆炸特性参数测试,根据粉尘爆炸严重度和敏感度判定不同工艺段粉末的爆炸风险分级。 In order to study the explosion of powder in different parts of plastic processing,seven powders were selected to do the explosion test of parameters,and then hazardous classification of them was done by their explosion severity and sensitivity.The study indicate that the raw materials determine the powder explosion in mixing process.Therefore,measures should be taken to reduce the explosion risk in plastic processing,such as control powder concentration,anti-static spark and use the explosion resistant installations.
