摘要
高压断路器是电力系统中常用的控制和保护设备,以12 kV断路器开关柜弹簧机构拒分故障为背景,分别对断路器核心模块的分闸阻力矩和机构分闸输出扭矩进行测试,验证机构与开关模块的适配能力。检查机构核心部件分闸掣子的尺寸,通过计算摩擦圆半径以及驱动力臂,查明故障原因是分闸掣子与限位块导致力臂变短,阻力增加造成闭锁,分闸弹簧无法驱动滚子实现分闸。
The high voltage circuit breaker is the common control and protection equipment used in power systems.The paper,taking the mechanism refuse operation failure ccurring to the 12 kV circuit breaker switchgear as the research object,tests the opening resistance torque and output torque of the circuit breaker core module respectively to verify the mechanism adaptability to the switching module.Through checking the opening switch size of the mechanism core component and calculating friction circle radius and driving arms,it finds that the cause of this failure is the opening switch and the limit block make arms shorter and the increase of resistance leads to closedown so that the opening spring cannot drive the roller to open.
