薄壁圆管成形方管工艺分析及模具设计

摘要 以薄壁圆管成形方管为研究对象,基于数值模拟的方法,对其成形过程进行了有限元分析,仿真结果表明,在无填充支撑物的情况下,当间隙超过一定值时无法成形。在管料中填充支撑物后,管料在自动化成形过程中出现管料卷曲、成形尺寸超差、模具使用寿命短等问题,通过调整小端夹紧的宽度尺寸、合模时模具零件间隙、更改模具结构及在模具零件表面镀TiN涂层,解决了这些问题。 Based on the numerical simulation method,the finite element analysis of the forming process of thin-wall round tube forming square tube was carried out.The simulation results showed that the forming process could not be realised when the clearance exceeded a certain val⁃ue without filling support.After filling the supporting material in the tube,the problems of tube ma⁃terial curling,forming size out of tolerance and low service life of die appeared in the process of au⁃tomatic forming.These problems were solved by adjusting the width of the small end clamping,the clearance between die parts during die closing,changing the die structure,and plating TiN coating on the surface of die parts.
