摘要
介绍了三层自扣复合实壁管材共挤模头的设计,为了提高共挤复合管材层与层之间不同材料的结合粘接性能,设置了自扣口模和自扣芯棒,并从模头的成型原理、结构特点、成型工艺作了论述。结果表明:模头结构设计合理,流道中的熔体流动分配均匀,生产的管材厚度均匀,自扣熔合连接紧密牢固,防止了管材分层现象,提高了管材整体强度。
The co-extruded die head design of three layer self-buckle composite solid wall pipe was introduced.In order to improve the bonding performance of different materials between layers of co-extruded composite pipe,the self-buckle neck ring and self-buckle mandrel were set,and the moulding principle,structural characteristics,moulding process of the die head were expounded.The results showed that the structure design of the die head was reasonable,the melt flow distribu⁃tion in the runner was uniform,the thickness of the produced pipe was uniform,and the fusion connection of the self-buckle was tight,which prevented the stratification phenomenon of the pipe and improved the overall strength of the pipe.
