“三步走”教学改革在高职教育到职业本科教育过渡背景下的探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 高职教育与职业本科教育在专业建设上存在不同,由高职教育过渡到职业本科教育过程中专业教学改革是关键,以模具制造与自动化专业为例,目前存在专业课程人才培养模式待优化“、理实相融”的校企合作深度不足、学生考核机制不完善等问题。针对存在的问题,提出“三步走”专业教学改革实践方法,即人才培养模式的重构与优化、对标企业需求的理论与实践原则、培养考核机制的创新。 There are differences between higher vocational education and vocational undergradu⁃ate education in specialty construction,and the reform of specialty teaching is the key in the pro⁃cess of transition from higher vocational education to vocational undergraduate education.Taking the die&mould manufacturing and automation specialty as an example,there were some prob⁃lems at the time,such as the talent training mode of specialty courses was to be optimized,the in⁃sufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation of"integration of truth and reality",and the im⁃perfect student assessment mechanism.In view of the existing problems,the practice method of"three-steps"teaching reform was put forward,namely,the reconstruction and optimization of tal⁃ent training mode,the theory and practice principle of benchmarking enterprises'needs,and the in⁃novation of training and assessment mechanism.
