摘要
尝试利用多种观测资料对雷电预警预报的技术方法,以大气电场测量为基础,利用地面电场仪、气象观测雷达的组网,实现自动、连续、实时监测雷雨云中强雷电活动中心在红塔集团地面产生的电场强度、极性以及闪电数等,提供监测范围内雷暴强电荷活动中心的发生发展演变特征和整个雷暴过程中雷电活动位置和发展信息。同时结合闪电定位系统的观测,为雷电的监测和预报提供更充分的信息。
This paper attempts to use a variety of observation data and technical methods for lightning early warning forecasting,based on atmospheric electric field measurements,using a network of ground-based electric field meters and meteorological observation radar to achieve automatic,continuous,real-time monitoring of the electric field intensity,polarity and number of lightning generated by the center of strong lightning activity in thunderstorm clouds on the ground of the Hongta Group,providing the evolutionary characteristics of the occurrence and development of the center of strong thunderstorm activity within the monitoring area and the information on the location and development of lightning activity in the whole thunderstorm process.At the same time,combined with the observation of lightning positioning system,it provides more adequate information for lightning monitoring and forecasting.
