基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变可视化分析

Visual analysis of Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic retinopathy based on CiteSpace

目的 旨在通过CiteSpace探讨近20年中医在糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic retinopathy, DR)领域的研究热点及前沿。方法 系统检索CNKI、wanfang、VIP和WOS数据库自2001至2022年发表的中医防治DR相关文献,利用CiteSpace对作者、机构及关键词进行分析。结果 纳入中英文各1444篇、82篇文献,该领域核心作者已形成部分较稳定的研究团队;研究内容主要集中在治疗方式、研究方法与机制研究等方面。研究热点有氧化应激、炎症、凋亡、活化、芪明颗粒等。结论 中医药治疗DR有广阔的应用前景,多元化治疗方式、中药分子机制的研究仍然是目前的研究重点与热点。

Objective Aiming to explore the research hotspots and frontiers of TCM in the field of DR in recent 20 years.Methods Realted literature on TCM prevention and treatment DR in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and WOS databases were systematically searched.And the CiteSpace was adapted to analyse the authors,institutions and kedwords.The retrieval time was limited from 2001 to 2022.Results 1444 papers in Chinese and 82 in English were included.Core authors have formed a small number of relatively stable research teams.The research content mainly focuses on the treatment methods,research types and mechanisms.Research hotspots include oxidative stress,inflammation,apoptosis,activation and Qiming granules and so on.Conclusion TCM has extensive application prospects in the treatment of DR.The research of diversified therapeutic methods and molecular mechanisms of TCM is still the hotspot of current research.
