摘要
N6-甲基腺苷(m^(6)A)RNA甲基化是RNA转录组中最广泛的修饰,也是调节各种生物学过程的重要机制,目前研究重点为其编码器、消码器和读码器。过去几年中,这些蛋白功能研究促进了研究者对m^(6)A调控和功能的认识。本文总结了m^(6)A相关酶的最新研究进展,并阐述了这些新发现如何重塑对m^(6)A在转录组中调控的理解,以及m^(6)A修饰对相关疾病诊疗的价值和意义。
N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)RNA methylation is the most extensive modification in RNA transcriptome and an important mechanism in regulation of various biological processes.Current research on m^(6)A has focused on discovery and discussion of its writers,erasers and readers.In past few years,studies on functions of these proteins have contributed to understanding of regulation and function of m^(6)A.This review summarizes recent advances in study of m^(6)A-related enzymes and illustrate how these new findings are reshaping our understanding of regulation of m^(6)A in transcriptome,as well as value and significance of m^(6)A modification in diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
