玄武岩纤维布加固木柱轴压性能试验研究与有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究玄武岩纤维布(BFRP)加固木柱的轴压性能,通过改变BFRP包裹层数和间隔包裹距离,对21根圆形截面短柱进行了轴心受压试验。观察试件的加载破坏过程及破坏形态,获取了试件的荷载-位移曲线和荷载-应变曲线,分析了影响木柱轴压性能的因素;采用ABAQUS有限元软件对BFRP间隔加固木柱进行了有限元模拟分析,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。模拟结果和试验研究表明,采用BFRP加固的木柱较未加固的木柱其承载力和位移延性性能显著提高。 In order to study the axial compression properties of wood columns reinforced by basalt fiber reinforced polyme(BFRP),axial compression tests were carried out on 21 circular short columns by changing the number of BFRP layers and the distance between BFRP layers.The loading failure process and failure form of the specimens were observed,and the load-displacement curve and load-strain curve of the specimens were obtained,and the factors affecting the axial compression performance of the wooden columns were analyzed.ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the basalt fiber reinforced polyme interval reinforced wood columns,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.The simulation results and experimental studies show that the bearing capacity and displacement ductility of the BFRP reinforced timber columns are significantly improved compared with the unreinforced ones.
