摘要
通过室内氯盐干湿循环160次加速劣化试验模拟海工结构浪溅区,研究新型复合硅烷采用喷涂、涂刷和浸泡3种施工工艺对海工混凝土防护性能的影响。研究表明:新型复合硅烷涂层防护可以有效提高混凝土的抗水和抗氯离子渗透性能,降低混凝土表面氯离子浓度和氯离子扩散系数,其中以浸泡方式效果最佳,可以显著的提高海工混凝土的耐久性。
The effects of spraying,brushing and soaking on the corrosion resistance of marine concrete with new composite silane were studied by simulating the splash zone of marine structures through 160 accelerated deterioration tests of indoor chlorine salt drying and wetting cycles.The experimental results show that the new composite silane coating can effectively improve the water resistance and chloride ion permeability of concrete,and reduce the chloride ion concentration and chloride ion diffusion coefficient on concrete surface,among them,soaking method is the best,which can significantly improve the durability of marine concrete.
