摘要
根据运营隧道的空洞类型、渗漏情况、天窗期治理要求及施工工艺,以硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、精制石英砂、水下不分散剂及多种功能助剂复合,配制超早强水下不分散注浆料。通过性能试验,优化注浆料各组分配比,制备出初始流动度达330 mm,可操作时间达30 min,水下抗分散性优异,2 h水下成型抗压强度大于5 MPa,28 d水下成型抗压强度40.9 MPa的超早强型水下不分散注浆材料,满足运营隧道2 h天窗期治理要求,大大提高了运营隧道渗漏注浆治理效率及质量。
According to the type of cavity,leakage condition,control requirements for skylight period and construction technology of tunnel in operation,super early strength underwater non dispersive grouting material is prepared by compounding sulphoaluminate cement,fly ash,refined quartz sand,underwater non dispersive agent and various functional additives,and the distribution ratio of each group of grouting material is optimized through performance test.The super early strength underwater non dispersive grouting material with fluidity of 330 mm,operable time of 30 min,excellent underwater dispersion resistance,2 h underwater forming compressive strength greater than 5 MPa,and 28 d underwater forming compressive strength of 40.9 MPa was prepared,which met the control requirements of the operating tunnel in the 2 h skylight period,and greatly improved the efficiency and quality of the operating tunnel leakage grouting treatment.
