基于ADS的特高频低噪声放大器仿真设计

摘要 针对高频电子线路实验只能在实验箱做验证性实验的问题,提出运用ADS软件进行设计性实验。以设计500 MHz特高频小信号低噪声放大器为例,通过直流仿真、S参数仿真、阻抗匹配、整体仿真完成设计并测试带宽,增益平坦性、噪声系数及S参数等指标。实践表明:将ADS仿真应用于高频电子线路实验教学中,可以培养学生的综合实践能力和创新能力,激发学习兴趣,增强教学效果。 Aiming at the problem that High-Frequency Electronic Circuit Experiments can only uses hardware experiment box to do replication experiments,this paper presents a new experimental teaching way of using ADS software to design experiments.Taking the design of 500 MHz ultra-high frequency small signal low noise amplifier as an example,the design is completed through DC simulation,S parameter simulation,impedance matching,and overall simulation.And the bandwidth,gain flatness,noise figure and S parameter are tested.Practice shows that applying ADS simulation to highfrequency electronic circuit experiment teaching can cultivate students’comprehensive practical ability and innovation ability,stimulate learning interest,and enhance teaching effects.
