基于地理信息系统的云南省卫生资源配置情况分析

Analysis of Health Resources Allocation in Yunnan Province Based on GIS

目的:分析2011年、2016年、2020年云南省卫生资源配置情况,为云南省卫生资源的合理配置提供依据。方法:利用ArcGIS 10.2软件,通过制作云南省各年的自然断点等级分类图,从人力、物力两方面对云南省卫生资源进行空间水平上的研究。结果:2011年、2016年、2020年云南省各市(州)卫生资源持续增加,但卫生资源分布不均,各年卫生资源均主要集中分布在昆明附近。较偏远的地区如德宏、西双版纳卫生资源状况较好,但近年来西双版纳和玉溪卫生机构床位资源发展速度较为缓慢。昭通、曲靖及怒江卫生技术人员状况有待改善。结论:云南省应继续重视对于贫困及偏远地区的卫生资源投入,协调人力资源和床位资源,并注重卫生资源利用问题,以改善云南省卫生资源配置情况。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the allocation of health resources in Yunnan province in 2011,2016 and 2020,and to pro⁃vide basis for relevant health departments to allocate health resources in Yunnan province reasonably.METHODS Using ArcGIS 10.2 software,the spatial level of health resources in Yunnan province was studied in terms of manpower and material resources by making Natural Breaks classification map of Yunnan province.RESULTS The health resources of Yunnan province continued to in⁃crease,but the distribution of health resources was uneven,mainly concentrated in the vicinity of Kunming every year.Dehong and Xishuangbanna had better health resources,but Xishuangbanna and Yuxi had lagged behind in recent years.The situation of health technicians in Zhaotong,Qujing and Nujiang needed to be improved.CONCLUSION Relevant health departments should continue to pay attention to health resources investment in poor and remote areas,coordinate human resources and bed resources,and pay atten⁃tion to health resources utilization,so as to improve and optimize the allocation of health resources in Yunnan province.
