摘要
基于国家房住不炒的时代背景下,增进民生福祉,提高人民生活品质;节约资源,保护生态已逐渐成为城镇建设的重要因素。目前售楼处建筑作为房地产商重金打造的对象,对社会资源浪费的问题未得到有效重视。重新审视售楼处的设计,对于如何提高居民生活品质,减少公共资源浪费变得尤为迫切。基于此点,以太仓旭辉金科天境生活馆项目为例,通过关注售楼处方案前期设计,对于售楼处建筑的全生命周期的构想与实施,由此提升售楼处公共性,促进社区生活活力,从而为房地产行业发展,提升民生福祉注入长效动力。
Based on the background of the country’s era of living in housing and not speculation,improving people’s livelihood and well-being,improving people’s quality of life;saving resources and protecting ecology have gradually become important factors in urban construction.At present,the sales office building in the community is the object of heavy investment by real estate developers,and the problem of wasting social resources has not been effectively paid attention to.Re-examining the design of sales offices has become particularly urgent for how to improve the quality of life of residents and reduce the waste of public resources.Based on this point,taking Taicang cifi Tianjing Living Museum project as an example,by paying attention to the pre-design of the sales office plan,the conception and implementation of the whole life cycle of the sales office building,thereby improving the publicity of the sales office,promote the vitality of community life,thereby injecting long-term impetus into the development of the real estate industry and the improvement of people’s livelihood and well-being.
