轨道交通站点周边存量用地更新策略研究

Research on updating strategy of stock land around normalized traffic station

对成都地铁7号线各站点及周边800 m范围用地进行了分析,提出了在交通引导开发(TOD)理念下利用城市更新及存量规划归类分析的方法。进行了站点分类的研究,达到了从用地布局、开发强度、道路交通接驳三个方面提出城市用地更新策略的效果。解决了轨道站点服务范围不均衡,轨道站点周边用地混合性较差,轨道站点与公共交通接驳系统不完善,站点周边发展相对独立的问题。

The analysis of each station of Chengdu Metro Line 7 and the surrounding 800 meter range of land was carried out,and the method of using urban renewal and inventory planning categorization analysis under the concept of Transit Oriented Development(TOD)was proposed.The study of station classification was conducted to achieve the effect of proposing urban land regeneration strategies in three aspects:land layout,development intensity and road traffic connection.The problems of uneven service area of rail stations,poor land mix around rail stations,imperfect connection system between rail stations and public transportation,and relatively independent development around stations are solved.
