摘要
用全机制骨料制备出了C50混凝土,并研究了粗细骨料级配对混凝土性能的影响,结果表明:随着粗骨料中9.5 mm~4.75 mm粒级比例增加,混凝土工作性能和抗压强度逐渐变差,在9.5 mm~4.75 mm和19.0 mm~9.5 mm质量比为10%∶90%时混凝土性能相对较好;混凝土工作性能和力学性能在细骨料细度模数为3.1时最好;使用全机制骨料可以制备出性能较好的混凝土,其坍落度和扩展度分别为220 mm和535 mm, 28 d抗压强度为59.50 MPa。
C50 concrete was prepared with fully manufactured aggregate,and the influence of coarse and fine aggregate gradation on the performance of concrete was studied.The results showed that with the increase of the proportion of 9.5 mm~4.75 mm in coarse aggregate,the workability and compressive strength of concrete gradually deteriorate,and the concrete performance is relatively good when the mass ratio of 9.5 mm~4.75 mm and 19.0 mm~9.5 mm is 10%∶90%;the workability and compressive strength of concrete is the best when the fineness modulus of fine aggregate is 3.1;the concrete with good performance can be prepared by using the fully manufactured aggregate,and its slump and expansion are 220 mm and 535 mm respectively,and its 28 day compressive strength is 59.50 MPa.
