摘要 目的探究树脂渗透陶瓷(PICN)分别与二氧化锆陶瓷、钴铬合金以及复合树脂材料配副情况下的磨损行为。方法分别制作尺寸为18 mm×14 mm×3.0 mm PICN试件30片,直径为4 mm的二氧化锆、钴铬合金及复合树脂磨头各10个。相互配副,在干燥环境及人工唾液条件下进行载荷5 N、频率5 HZ,磨程3 mm的线性往复循环磨损试验30 min。实时记录摩擦系数,绘制摩擦系数曲线。利用三维表面形貌仪定量分析磨痕尺寸,计算磨损量。双因素方差分析评估磨头材料及干湿环境对磨痕尺寸及磨损体积的影响。各组抽取试件利用扫描电镜观察磨损区表面微观结构。结果磨头材料及干湿环境对于PICN磨痕尺寸及磨损体积具有显著影响(P<0.05),且存在相互作用。在人工唾液中,PICN与树脂磨头的摩擦系数为0.26±0.03,显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),但树脂磨头反而产生较高的磨损量(P<0.05)。此外二氧化锆磨头对PICN造成的磨损体积为(9.2±5)×10^(-2)mm^(3),显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。结论当对颌为二氧化锆修复体时,应慎重选择PICN材料,避免其过度磨损;当复合树脂与PICN互为对颌时,树脂材料可能存在高磨损风险。 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the wear behavior of polymer-infiltratedceramic-network ceramic(PICN)against zirconia ceramics,cobalt-chromium alloy and composite resin materials individually.Methods PICN specimens(18 mm×14 mm×3.0 mm)and the grinding materials(zirconia,cobaltchromium alloy and composite resin)with diameter of 4 mm were made.Under dry environment or artificial saliva condition,the linear reciprocating cycle wear tests were carried out for 30 min with specific test parameters(the load force=5 N,the frequency=5 HZ and the sliding distance=3 mm).The friction coefficient was recorded in real time and the friction coefficient curve was observed.The wear loss was quantitatively analyzed by 3D noncontact profilometer.Two-way ANOVA was used to evaluate the effects of grinding head material,the wet or dry environment on wear loss and wear rate.The surface characterization of the wear zone was observed via SEM.Results The grinding head material and wet-dry environment have a significant impact on the size and wear volume of PICN wear marks(P<0.05),and there is interaction between the two factors.Significant differences were found in the interaction between antagonists and test environment(P<0.05).In artificial saliva,the friction coefficient between the PICN and the resin grinding head was 0.26±0.03,which is significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05).But the wear rate of resin grinding head was higher(P<0.05).The wear rate of PICN caused by zirconia grinding head was(9.2±5)×10^(-2)mm^(3),significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion PICN material should be carefully selected when zirconia restoration is used as the grinding material to avoid excessive wear.When the composite resin prosthesis and PICN are opposite to each other,the resin material may have a higher risk of excessive wear.
