流域调度模型系统设计与实现

摘要 基于流城水工建筑物及自动化设备不仅保障船舶的正常航运,也改善了流城区域生态。但随着流域上游水库蓄水量增加,沿线支流水情工况日益复杂,汛期及枯水期多级闸坝调度问题便凸显出来,洪水发生之前,如何在较短时间内通过橡胶坝塌落及钢坝调节流域合理的水位,同时保证航运安全是一个复杂的调度优化问题。若调度方案设计不合理,则可能会造成洪水叠加,产生“人造洪峰”危及流域防洪安全的问题。文章通过设计基于流域调度的模型系统解决上述问题。 The basin-based hydraulic buildings and automation equipment not only ensure the normal shipping of ships,but also improve the ecology of the basin area.However,with the increase of water storage in reservoirs in the upper reaches of the river basin and the increasingly complex water conditions of tributaries along the line,the problem of multi-stage lock and dam scheduling during the flood period and dry period has become prominent,and how to adjust the reasonable water level of the river basin through the collapse of rubber dams and steel dams in a short period of time before floods,while ensuring shipping safety,is a complex scheduling optimization problem.If the planning scheme is not properly designed,it may cause flood superposition,resulting in"artificial flood peaks"and endangering the flood control safety of the watershed.This system solves the above problems by designing a model system based on wa tershed scheduling.
