超高功率机柜改造制冷方案实践应用

摘要 随着大数据、云计算等技术的兴起与发展,各行业应用系统的数据量、计算量在不断地提高,对高速计算的需求日渐增多,超高功率机柜在数据中心的部署需求将持续增长,超高功率机柜往往在14 kW以上。目前,数据中心普遍采用冷/热通道封闭模式,使用列间级/房间级精密空调,机柜普遍在7 kW左右,这样的制冷环境无法解决超高功率部署产生的局部热点问题。文章通过某数据中心机房改造应用案例,阐述当前数据中心在应对客户超高功率机柜改造需求时设备制冷的解决方案。 With the rise and development of technologies such as big data and cloud computing,the amount of data and computing in various industry applica tion systems is constantly increasing,and the demand for high-speed computing is increasing.The deployment demand for ultra-high power cabinets in data centers will continue to grow,with ultra-high power ca binets often exceeding 14 kW.At present,data centers generally adopt a closed mode of cold/hot channels,using precision air conditioning at the column/room level,and cabinets are generally around 7 k W.This refrigeration environment cannot solve the local hot spot problem caused by ultra-high power deployment.The article elaborates on the equipment cooling solution for the current data center in response to customers'ultra-high power cabinet renovation needs through an application case of a certain data center room renovation.
