通过超分辨率图像重构技术,并结合Python软件,以及车牌提取、图像预处理、特征提取、模板匹配字符识别等技术,识别车辆牌号、颜色等信息,同时消除图像的噪声,恢复图像的细节等信息,以获得高分辨率图像,从而实现在反光墩号污渍下都能进行识别的效果。

Through super-resol ution image reconstruction technology,combined with Python software,as well as license plate extraction,image preprocessing,feature extraction,template matching character recognition and other technologies,this paper recognizes vehicle plate number,color and other information.Details and other information to obtain high-resolution images,so as to achieve the effect of recognition under reflective pier stains.
