Thinking on the Transformation of Real Estate Surveying and Mapping Under the Background of“Joint Surveying and Mapping”

“多测合一”作为自然资源部认真贯彻落实国务院“放管服”改革的重要举措之一,倍受社会各界关注。房产测绘作为“多测合一”工作的重要一环,如何在变革中持续改进自身工作,更好地服务于建设工程项目是应该着重思考的问题。归纳分析了目前房产测绘行业存在的主要问题,提出了一些有针对性和可操作性的解决方案,使其能更好地服务于建设工程项目。

As one of the important measures taken by the Ministry of Natural Resources to seriously implement the reform of“Release,Management and Service”of the State Council,“Joint Surveying and Mapping”has attracted the attention of all sectors of society.Real estate surveying and mapping is an important part of“Joint Surveying and Mapping”.How to continuously improve our work and better serve the construction project is the problem we should focus on.In this paper,we analyzed the main problems existing in the current real estate surveying and mapping industry,and put forward some targeted and operable solutions,so that it could better serve the construction project.
